AS THE CASES OF COVID 19 CONTINUE TO RISE, AND FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS, RETURNS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Most apparel are returnable within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.  Swimwear, intimates, accessories and final sale items are not returnable.  Please note that you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.  

A return authorization number is needed for all returns.  Please email info@ConceitedEssentials.com.  Orders returned without return authorization will be refused. 

Due to hygienic factors and the nature of use, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Recovery Essentials.  

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

We issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE or a sale item, it cannot be returned. 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.  A 10% restock fee will apply to all returns.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG BEFORE DELIVERY?

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad.  Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-2 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

UNITED STATES DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES

All express packages are shipped same day if order is place before  1pm EST. All order placed after 1pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.

Just because you aren't in the US doesn't mean you should have to wait weeks to receive your merchandise. All international orders are shipped via Federal Express. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES: 2-6 Business Days

COSTS: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. 

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.

WHY WONT MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

A. YOUR CODE: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.

B. EXPIRATION DATE: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

C. INELIGIBLE ITEMS: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.

D. UNIQUE CODES: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
